Refund & Return Policy – Glowmacare

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging

• The product should not be damaged or opened

• Proof of purchase is required

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is damaged or defective.
